1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AskCanvas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AskCanvas for your internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer the service, use it for illegal purposes, or interfere with its integrity or performance.
3. Accounts and Credits
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. AI Credits are allocated based on your plan and reset monthly. Credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan.
4. Intellectual Property
AskCanvas and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of AskCanvas and its licensors. Your survey data and responses remain entirely yours.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. AskCanvas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
